In fact, the Utah Legislature decided to include an attorneys' fee provision in the Utah Lemon Law to HELP CONSUMERS like you by forcing motor vehicle companies to pay attorneys' fees for valid Lemon Law claims that are won because the companies were not doing the right thing.

- They were not giving consumers of "Lemons" their money back.
